The ADLER wellness gourmet pension
The gourmet board at the Hotel Adler includes a rich breakfast buffet with a vitality corner, local cheeses, meat and sausages from the in-house butcher, quark, yoghurt, muesli buffet, homemade jams, various types of bread and pastries from the village baker, a juicer and much more. Our breakfast cook is available to prepare your individual breakfast requests and will be happy to prepare egg dishes for you à la minute.
Afternoon snack from the buffet, refreshingly cool – warming hot from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In the evening a 5-course menu of choice – delicious, light and healthy – conjured up by our chef Sven Gass and his team. Austrian classics, international specialties and vegetarian/vegan dishes are prepared with love. (Diet or allergy menus are available on request.)
Please note that once the summer prices come into effect, only a 4-course menu will be offered.
